Overview
If you receive a shipment that appears damaged, we recommend either refusing delivery or capturing photographs of the packaging before opening it. While our products are made to be resilient, damaged packaging may occur during transit. If you do happen to discover any incurred to the packaging or product please contact us.
Refunds/Exchanges
We will cover the expenses associated with returning the item to us and shipping the correct item to you for products received in a defective condition or those that do not match your order. If you choose to opt for a refund instead of a replacement will also include a reimbursement of your initial shipping charges. In the event of a return for reasons other than defects, including cancellation of orders during the build process or before shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs along with a restocking fee. Custom design orders are non-returnable unless defective. At DIrt Valley we are committed to distributing high-quality products therefore whatever issue you may have please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
